Auto Body Repair Technician Needed

Available Position – Aston and Malvern

Badell’s Collision of Aston and Malvern, Pa. are currently looking for A-B Tech Body Technicians.

Badell’s Collision has two state of the art automotive repair facilities conveniently located on Route 322 in Aston, Pa. and on Lancaster Ave. in Malvern, Pa.  Both facilities are owned and operated by Brandon Badel who prides himself on complete customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Badell’s Collision is equipped to repair vehicles from start to finish.  Car-O-Liner computerized measuring systems are utilized to guarantee uni-body and frame structures are brought back to manufactures specifications.  Factory matched spot welds are reproduced using our Pro-Spot machines.  Dent repairs are handled utilizing a flat liner.  To produce a high quality finish, Badell’s Collision uses downdraft spray booth technology and PPG Water based refinishes.  A computerized mixing system is utilized to ensure excellent color match.  In-house alignment capabilities are provided by a Hunter Alignment Machine.

  • Provide their own tools

  • Perform body repairs
  • Perform bumper repairs
  • Pre-fit sheet metal parts for paint
  • Assist in process development and continuous process improvement.
Required Experience:
  • 3 yrs. of collision repair experience
  • I-Car training preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required

Auto Body Disassembly / Assembly Technician

Available Position – Aston

Disassembly / Assembly Technician will:
  • Provide their own tools
  • Work well in a production team environment
  • Assist estimators in repair plan decisions
  • Remove and catalogue damaged and undamaged parts in a systematic process
  • Log out hardware necessary for the assembly process
  • Organize parts carts for parts replacement part verification and assembly of vehicle
  • Assemble vehicles in a systematic process
  • Have mechanical knowledge of vehicle plumbing (Air conditioning and engine cooling systems)
  • Mechanical knowledge of vehicle suspension and wheel alignments preferred
  • Assist in process development and continuous process improvement
Required Experience:
  • 3 yrs. of collision repair experience
  • I-Car training preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required

Mechanic Technician

Mechanic Technician will:
  • Provide their own tools
  • Work well in a production team environment
  • Assist estimators in repair plan decisions
  • Capable of performing engine swaps, full suspension overhaul, full frame replacements, wheel alignments, work a tire machine, able to utilize diagnostic equipment to resolve repair needs, A/C repairs, etc.
  • Assemble vehicles in a systematic process
  • Assist in process development and continuous process improvement
Required Experience:
  • 3 yrs. of mechanical experience
  • I-Car training preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required
